Sherri's Story
Life
After RHS graduation, I trained at Tampa General Hospital and became a Radiologic Technologist. I worked at Jackson Memorial in Miami as a Pediatric Technologist, was a Mammography pioneer working at the University of Miami for the US Public Health service, training techs and doctors when Mammography was first put into practice, and was the Director of the X-ray School at Tampa General. I married my wonderful husband, Jim, a Physician Radiologist in 1971. He had 4 children and I had a daughter. Together we had a daughter making 6 children in our family. d in Brooksville, FL for 32 years. We have moved back to Tampa in the Carrollwood area. It is great to be back home again. I was an active volunteer in our children's schools and I am the organizer of the RHS Knight Gatherings of the Classes of '61 thru '65 to celebrate the Birthday of Robinson High School every 5 years. It will be time to gather again in 2009 when RHS is 50 years old!! Watch for posted information in 2008! It will be here before we know it! Take care and I hope to see the "Original Knights of Olde" then!
